Products information is essential to any brand and even more so in the cosmetics industry. Givenchy Beauty wanted to improve its salesforce products’ knowledge in in Asia Pacific duty free shops. Givenchy wanted to build an assessment program as well as a convenient information delivery program.
Solutions & Approach
AuCoeurDuLuxe designed a blended learning approach, combining on-line learning contents with classroom trainings. A dedicated learning APP available in 4 languages was deployed on AuCoeurDuLuxe digital platform, providing a quick reference selling tool including selling skills training short videos, 500 products descriptions, and 100 interactive games and quizzes.
Since 2016 AuCoeurDuLuxe has worked closely with Givenchy to refine an effective blended learning strategy, including selling ceremony trainings and helping the sales persons to use the brand’ secret beauty tips.
