Background

Pernod Ricard turned to AuCoeurDuLuxe to develop a strategic initiative aiming to increase sales in the fast paced environment of Travel Retail. One of the challenges was the initial varied level of expertise among the sales staff.

Solution & Approach

AuCoeurDuLuxe working closely with the brand, designed a training program blending e-learning and more traditional training sessions focused on “Travel Retail Excellence”. In addition a team of coaches was deployed in strategic airports boutiques in the world modelling the specific skills the training program had identified and supporting the sales teams as they adopted them.

Results

Combining these different training techniques has proved immensely effective and the brand is achieving its goals.
